We currently ship to countries within the European Union and selected international destinations.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 3–10 business days
  • Poland: 3–5 business days

According to EU law, unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Delays

If your item is lost, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
Under EU law, the seller is responsible for goods until they are received by the customer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included where applicable.

For international orders outside the EU:

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or failure to receive the package:

  • We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any refund
